6 rules for working on a computer without harm to health

Today it is difficult to imagine a field of activity in which computers

are not essential tools. Working at a computer, although it seems familiar

and easy, can actually be detrimental to health if you sit at the monitor

in one position for too long and do not allow your eyes to rest.

Constant sitting and lack of active rest causes a number of diseases - osteochondrosis, diseases of small joints, myopia, blood stasis and more.

To avoid these problems, you should follow these simple but quite effective rules:

  • Maintain good posture

  • Keep room well ventilated

  • Clean the monitor screen

  • Blink frequently

  • Focus your gaze

  • Rest or change your type of activity periodically
